Beastie Boys “Hello Nasty” tour, Molson Park, 1998

By the time the “Hello Nasty” tour rolled into Toronto (well, Barrie to be exact), A Tribe Called Quest had broken up. However, Biz Markie and Toronto’s The Circle (Kardinal, Choclair, Thrust, Solitaire, and Y-Look) did a commendable job holding down the crowd in preparation for the Beastie Boys – who got 30,000 bodies movin’ on an intergalactic odyssey.
